Year 6 “Day in the City”
As a special treat for the Year 6 class of 2020, a trip was booked for a "day in the city". This included travelling by train to and from the city, visiting the Sky Tower, learning about Auckland's Volcanic origins, lunch at Silo Park and Mini Golf at Holey Moley. A special highlight for the children was watching their teacher, Mr Martin, take part in a Sky Jump off the 53rd floor of the Sky Tower!

Top Schools 2020
We entered four teams into the annual 'Top Schools' Competition hosted by the Rotary Club and held at Churchill Park School. The children had lots of fun taking part in all the events - and one of our Year 3/4 teams came first in their age group! Our congratulations to them and to all children who took part in the events for their determination and efforts. Thanks to our Team Managers and to all parents who helped out where they could, making this a successful and enjoyable day for the 'Eastern Bays' children.
