Applying for Immediate Enrolment
Applications will be considered on a case by case basis, as and when they are received. To apply for Enrolment please contact our Enrolments Officer - enrolments@mtcarmel.school.nz
Applying for 2020 Enrolment
Applications for 2020 are now open and will remain open until 27th September 2019. To request an Enrolment Pack please contact our Enrolments Officer - enrolments@mtcarmel.school.nz. Once we have received and reviewed your application we may be able to give you an 'Indication of Enrolment' within a short period of time with a formal 'Offer of Enrolment' made during October 2019. If you are offered a place for your child we will ask you to confirm your acceptance or decline the place within 14 days of receiving the offer.
Applying for 2021 Enrolment
Applications for 2021 open in February 2020. Please contact us early in 2020 to request an Enrolment Pack.

Information for Parents of New Entrants
Cohort Entry Policy and Start Dates
Mt Carmel is operating a Cohort Entry Policy for 2020 which allows for one intake of New Entrant students at the start and the midway point of each term. Our last intake for 2020 will be on 12th October, if your child's birthday falls after this date you should apply for the 2021 intake.
Intakes dates for 2020 are:

Orientation Sessions
When your child has been accepted to enrol at Mt Carmel School you and your child will be invited to attend an Orientation Session just before they are due to start school - we will write to you when the date of this session has been confirmed. If you are unable to attend the session we recommend you have a read through our Parent Information Book to familiarise yourself with our routines and policies.
