The PTA of Mt Carmel are a group of parents with children of all ages at the school and our purpose is to facilitate social events and to fundraise to help support the school with any additional resources they may need for our children.
Each year, we come up with a calendar of events that we will run that have the added benefit of raising money. Our priority and the people we consider first and foremost are the children, and love to organise events that they can be part of, for example the School Discos (two a year!), Frozen Fridays and School Lunches.
We are very keen to hear any fundraising ideas you may have, and are always open to anyone that can give a little of their time to help along the way. We firmly believe in the involvement of the school community in determining the most appropriate projects for us to spend the money raised during the course of the year.
