Interschool Swimming Sports - Thursday 26th March

Meeting at school at 8:30am, leaving school at 8:45am, Returning to school approx 2.00 - 2.30pm
Please complete the form below to give permission for your child to travel to and from the event by private vehicle.
Additionally, we require parent helpers for the event. If you are able to offer assistance with this event, please complete details below. Please note by offering to transport children, you are confirming that you and your car are safe for the purpose with a current Driving Licence, WOF and Registration, and acknowledge the following driver responsibilities:
- ensure all passengers use shoulder seat belt restraints
- ensure all passengers get out of the vehicle safely, checking for traffic
- ensure all children under 7 use a booster seat provided by parents/caregivers
- ensure children smaller than 1.48m do not sit in front seat of a vehicle fitted with airpags
- ensure all road rules are complied with
- ensure children will be supervised until the event leader takes responsibility for them
- I will not smoke, vape, or use alcohol or illegal substances while driving the car or supervising student.
