2018 Y6 Beach Clean-Up

WE NOW HAVE SUFFICIENT VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS EVENT

As part of the Tāmaki Makaurau ‘Love Your Coast’ programme, the Year 6 children will be involved in a beach clean up afternoon at Kohimarama Beach.  The beach clean up is being organised by Sustainable Coastlines NZ and is on Thursday 12 April. 

We plan to leave school at 12 o’clock, eat lunch at the beach in Kohimarama and then participate in the clean up.  We will be back at school by the end of the school day. 

We need a number of adults to transport and help supervise the children at this event.  

If you are able to offer assistance with this event, please complete and submit the form below.  Please note by offering to transport children, you are confirming that you and your car are safe for the purpose with a current Driving Licence, WOF and Registration.  All children must be seat-belted and travelling in an appropriate seat for their age - no exceptions.
