2018 Parent Teacher Interviews

Wednesday 9th May - From 12.45pm to 6pm
Thursday 10th May - From 3pm to 6pm

• Bookings for all classrooms will open on Tuesday 10th April at 9am
• Priority bookings for families with 2 or more children at Mt Carmel will open on Monday 9th April at 9am.  Please do not attempt to make a booking for a single child on this day as the system will cancel your booking. 
• Bookings will stay open until Tuesday 8th May at 3pm.

Early booking is recommended to ensure you have the time slot you require.  If you do not have access to a computer or if you have difficulty making your booking please call the school office – 521 5161 to make your booking.

Supervision at School

To allow the Interviews to take place on Wednesday 9th May, we ask that children are collected from school before 1.15pm.  If you are unable to do so and you wish your child to stay at school after 1.15pm you must complete the online form below (ONE FORM PER CHILD PLEASE).  Your child will be supervised in the hall until normal closing time at 2.45pm or you may collect your child from the hall between 1.15pm and 2.45pm.  Please ensure you advise the supervising teacher when you collect your child.  If your arrangements change after you have completed this form please email us - [email protected]

As per our policy for Supervision, the school takes no responsibility for the safety of any students on the grounds after 3pm.
