2020 MERC Volunteer

WE NOW HAVE SUFFICIENT VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS EVENT

The Year 6 children will be going to MERC (Marine Education and Recreation Centre) at Long Bay for an exciting day of outdoor activities on Friday 28th February.  These specific activities (Kayaking, Abseiling and Team Challenge) are selected with the aim of providing children with challenging and age appropriate experiences. There is no rain date – the trip will still go ahead in ‘bad’ weather although the activities may be modified.

Students will be travelling by bus to MERC, leaving school at 8.30am and leaving MERC at 3.15pm, arriving back at school at approximately 4pm.  We will need some Parent Helpers for supervision, helping with equipment and to be in the water with the children.  Parent Helpers will need to make their own way to and from MERC.  If you are able to help please complete the form below.
