Junky Monkey 2025

On Thursday 24th July, our all-weather net ball court was transformed into a loose parts play environment. The team from Junky Monkey came in with all sorts of junk to facilitate some loose play. The children had fun playing with items otherwise destined for landfill. This led to conversations about waste minimisation and, encouraged them to think more about living in a sustainable world.
The teachers saw a lot of innovation, and creativity, as this type of play gave the students the opportunity to collaborate and use their problem-solving skills to have some fun.
