2024 Kiwileles Ukulele Jam

On Monday 25th November, Mt Carmel Year 4-6 Ukulele players will be taking part in a Kiwileles Ukulele Jam along with fourteen other Auckland Schools.

The timing of the event falls during the time that Tui, Takahe and Kiwi C are swimming at Swimtastic. Students need to decide if they will be attending swimming lessons or Kiwileles Jam. Please complete the form below to confirm which one they will be attending. Please note there will not be any makeup lesson's or refunds if your child misses their swimming lesson.

The jam will be hosted by Dilworth School (Junior Campus) on Omahu Road in Remuera.  We will require some parents to help transport the students to and from the event.  If you are able to assist, please fill in the online form below.  We will leave Mt Carmel at approximately 10.30am (start time is 11am), and return at 12.30pm.  Please note by offering to transport children, you are confirming that you and your car are safe for the purpose with a current Driving Licence, WOF and Registration.  All children must be seat-belted and travelling in an appropriate seat for their age - no exceptions.

Parent helpers are welcome to stay and enjoy the music!

Please can you ensure your child is wearing their full school uniform on the day of the trip (including the correct shoes), and that they bring their ukulele to school.
