2020 Ukulele Sign-Up Form

Ukulele will begin Term 2 Week 1.  Beginners of all year levels (from Year 3) are most welcome.  Session times are:

• Students that have played before: Wednesday mornings at 7.45am in the hall.
• Beginners: Wednesday lunchtimes at 12.30pm in the hall.

To sign your child up for Ukulele please complete and submit the form below by FRIDAY 3rd April - ONE FORM PER CHILD PLEASE.  Places are limited and children will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  School ukuleles will be assigned and distributed this term.
