2020 Interschool Athletics Volunteer

Your child has been selected for the Mt Carmel Interschool Athletics team to attend the competition on Monday 23rd November. (No Rain Date) . If you are able to offer assistance  for this event, please complete and submit the form below.  Please note by offering to transport children, you are confirming that you and your car are safe for the purpose with a current Driving Licence, WOF and Registration.  All children must be seat-belted and travelling in an appropriate seat for their age - no exceptions.
