The Board of Trustees consists of:
	School Principal Staff Trustee 3 - 5 Parent Representatives Up to 4 Proprietors Representatives

The Parent Representatives are elected by the community once every three years. Also at this time up to four Proprietors Representatives are appointed by the Bishop after consultation with the Parish Priest and Principal. The overall governance of the school is the responsibility of the Board. The Principal is the CEO of the Board of Trustees and reports fully at monthly meetings of the Board.
